The main living and dining areas are situated facing the ocean on the lower level of the villa with a floor plan which allows for easy movement between the areas. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors on both the ocean side and on the pool side of a central seating area can be opened to allow for unobsturctioned views from the pool / courtyard areas and for direct access to the beach.

The grand-scale master bedroom suite (the Mahina Suite) exudes the warm ambiance of amber-hardwood floors, a peak catherdaral ceiling and full size glass walls. There is a stunning view towards pool and courtyard on one side and towards the beach and Kailua Bay from the seating area on the ocean side of the suite. The marble master bath includes double closets, dual sinks, a separate tub and shower and a private lanai with own hot tub overlooking the pool area.
